Tana Otton-Marbut & Kennedy Croft

Oly Reign Volleyball Club is thrilled to welcome back Coach Tana & Coach Kennedy as our Skills Coaches! This is our 2nd season of offering this additional player-centered opportunity to our teams. We are excited to have Tana & Kennedy work so closely with our players to help take their games to the next level.

Tana Otton-Marbut

Tana Otton-Marbut has an extensive head coaching resume including:

  • Tumwater High School - 2003 to 2018

  • Meridian High School - 1998 to 1999

  • Whatcom Community College - 2000

She boasts an impressive 309-45 record in those years combined.

She has also won:

  • 15 league championships

  • 8 district championships

  • 4 state championships

  • 3 2nd place state finishes

  • 10 "Coach of the Year" awards (either league or state)

Tana has also taught at Tumwater High School since 2001 (health, yoga & renaissance). She is married to her husband Don Marbut & is the proud mom of 4 children - Jayden Croft, Kennedy Croft, Avery Marbut, and Liv Marbut.

Kennedy Croft

Kennedy Croft is an outstanding Tumwater High School alumni & a recent Gonzaga University graduate.

While playing at THS, Kennedy won:

  • 4 League Championships

  • 3 District Championships

  • 2 State Championships 

She was also a:

  • 2-time League MVP

  • All- Area MVP

  • State MVP

  • Washington State Gatorade "Player of the Year."

After high school, Kennedy was recruited to play volleyball at Gonzaga University, where she started for 5 years as 6-rotation outside hitter. She holds the Career Service Aces record with 113 aces there. Kennedy also received her master’s degree from Gonzaga.
