U13 Gold

Coach Megan joins Oly Reign for her first season, bringing four years of volleyball coaching experience and a passion for developing both athletes and young people. She played club volleyball from a young age through high school and has spent the past four seasons coaching boys volleyball and one season coaching girls volleyball at Griffin Middle School.

Coach Megan believes coaching is about much more than developing skilled athletes—it's about developing great people. She emphasizes character, integrity, accountability, resilience, and a strong work ethic while creating an environment where athletes feel challenged, supported, and inspired to become the best version of themselves. Her goal is to help every player build confidence, push beyond their comfort zone, and discover what they're truly capable of—both on and off the court.

When asked what she loves most about Oly Reign, Coach Megan shared:

"I love that Oly Reign is always growing and adapting to what's best for the athletes. And of course, I LOVE that you've added boys volleyball!"

When she's not in the gym, Coach Megan enjoys cheering on her three boys at their football, volleyball, basketball, and baseball games. Most weekends, you'll find her on a field or in a gym supporting her family's busy sports schedule.
