Maggie Busse
Head CoachCoach Maggie brings 4 years of coaching experience and an extensive background as both a player and coach. She played volleyball throughout high school, including three years of club, before continuing her career at Centralia College, where she played for two years. She continues to stay active in the game by playing in an adult recreational league during the club offseason.
Maggie has coached athletes ranging from U12 through U16, including both girls and boys teams. Her coaching philosophy is built around high standards, strong fundamentals, and consistency while recognizing the individual needs of each athlete. She prioritizes both the mental and physical well-being of her players and strives to help them succeed as a team while also reaching their individual goals.
When asked what she loves most about Oly Reign, Maggie shared:
"I love the culture and environment that Oly Reign Volleyball provides its athletes and coaches. Everyone supports those around them, and it’s such an important characteristic that sets Oly Reign apart from the rest!"
When she's not coaching volleyball, there's a good chance Maggie is still playing! She also enjoys paddleboarding and outdoor adventures with her rescue dog, Charlie.
KeaLani Naipo
Assistant CoachCoach Kealani is an Oly Reign alumna who is returning to the program in a new role—this time as a coach! She brings years of playing experience, including five years of club volleyball and four appearances at Nationals. Kealani was also a four-year varsity starter in high school, competing at the State Championships during both her junior and senior seasons.
Kealani has spent several years mentoring younger athletes through camps and clinics and began coaching private lessons and small groups in 2025. Her coaching philosophy focuses on building confident athletes in a positive, supportive environment. She emphasizes strong fundamentals, volleyball IQ, hard work, teamwork, and helping each athlete recognize and reach their full potential.
When asked what she loves most about Oly Reign, Kealani shared:
"I am so excited for the opportunity to give back to a program that played such a huge role in my own journey. Having grown up in this club, I look forward to helping develop the next generation of athletes and being part of this new chapter for Oly Reign."
Outside of volleyball, Kealani works full-time as a chiropractic assistant while attending college part-time. She loves spending time with family and friends and values building meaningful relationships and a strong support system.
