Our Gold Teams represent Oly Reign's highest level of competition at each age division. Designed for athletes ready to compete at the premier club level, Gold teams train in a highly competitive environment and compete against top programs throughout the Pacific Northwest and the nation.

Gold teams participate in a demanding tournament schedule that includes out-of-state National Qualifiers, giving athletes the opportunity to earn bids to USAV National Championships while gaining exposure to elite competition.

Blue Teams (U12–U15)

Our Blue Teams offer a competitive regional club experience for athletes looking to continue developing in a high-level training environment. Blue teams receive the same quality coaching, practice structure, and player development as our Gold teams while competing in a regional tournament schedule.

Blue teams compete in the Pacific Northwest Qualifier (PNQ) along with regional events, providing athletes with meaningful, competitive opportunities while maintaining a more regional travel schedule.

Whether an athlete is placed on a Gold or Blue team, every Oly Reign player benefits from our experienced coaching staff, proven player development model, and commitment to helping each athlete reach their full potential. Team placement is based on skill level, positional needs, and overall team fit to ensure the best experience and opportunity for every athlete.

Oly Reign Volleyball Club tryouts are open to all athletes and are designed to identify and form the most competitive teams at each age division.

Team selections are based solely on each athlete's performance during the tryout process, as well as positional needs, team chemistry, and overall roster composition.

No roster spots are guaranteed. All athletes—including returning Oly Reign players—must participate in tryouts and earn their place each season. This approach ensures a fair, objective evaluation process and allows us to build the strongest possible teams while providing every athlete an equal opportunity to compete for a roster position.

We offer positions to the athletes directly after tryouts before you leave the building. We also notify the alternate athletes at that time, too. As positions become available, your coach will reach out to the players on the alternate list.

We only hold make up tryouts if we are unable to fill the team roster at the 1st tryout. If we host an alternate tryout, we will post it on our website and social media accounts.
