Coach Lee
Head CoachCoach Lee brings more than 15 years of coaching experience across the club, high school, and collegiate levels. As a lifelong volleyball enthusiast, Coach Lee has also spent decades competing in adult leagues and tournaments throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Coach Lee is passionate about helping every athlete and team reach their full potential, both on and off the court. His coaching philosophy centers on developing not only volleyball skills, but also character, confidence, and teamwork.
What Coach Lee appreciates most about Oly Reign Volleyball Club is its commitment to growing boys volleyball in the Olympia area and providing young men with the opportunity to experience and excel in the sport.
Outside of the gym, Coach Lee enjoys life's simple moments and values the relationships and experiences that volleyball creates.
Gary Lott
Assistant CoachCoach Gary Lott enters his second season with Oly Reign Volleyball Club and brings 4.5 years of coaching experience. He began coaching with the YMCA, where he spent 3.5 years developing athletes, and is excited to continue growing as a coach while contributing to the success of the club. As a player, Coach Gary competed in middle school and has continued to enjoy beach volleyball through recreational tournaments and exhibitions over the years.
Coach Gary's coaching philosophy is built on strong communication, high-energy effort, and a unified "one team" mentality. He believes athletes achieve their greatest success when they communicate consistently, support one another through challenges and victories, and embrace feedback as an opportunity for growth. His goal is to create an environment where every player continues to learn, improve, and succeed together.
What Coach Gary loves most about Oly Reign is the positive team culture and strong sense of community. He values that every athlete is encouraged, supported, and given the opportunity to develop both on and off the court.
Outside of volleyball, Coach Gary enjoys attending sporting events, spending time on or around the water, photography, and making memories with his family.
