Noelle HAury
Head CoachCoach Noelle returns for her second season with Oly Reign, bringing 3 years of coaching experience and 4 years of club volleyball playing experience. After coaching club volleyball for two seasons for another club, she took time away to focus on her studies. Coach Noelle returned to the court last season and is excited to be back in the gym for her second season with Oly Reign!
Noelle believes great players are developed both on and off the court. Her coaching philosophy focuses on building strong technical skills while helping athletes become confident players, supportive teammates, and leaders. She strives to create an environment where athletes are challenged to grow while enjoying the game and supporting one another.
When asked what she loves most about Oly Reign, Noelle shared:
"Oly Reign feels like one big family! I love seeing athletes and coaches support one another across all age groups. The sense of community and encouragement makes it a special place for players to grow both on and off the court."
Outside of volleyball, Noelle enjoys spending time with her four dogs, reading, and doing just about anything that brings out her competitive side!
Ella Meyer
Assistant CoachCoach Ella joins the Oly Reign coaching staff for her first season, but she's no stranger to our program! An Oly Reign alumna, Ella began playing volleyball with ORVBC at age 12 and spent several years competing for the club before continuing her volleyball career through high school.
Ella brings previous coaching experience at the middle school boys volleyball level. Her coaching philosophy focuses on developing strong, confident, and well-rounded athletes through fundamentals, volleyball IQ, physical strength, and mental toughness. She believes in creating an environment where athletes feel comfortable making mistakes, learning from them, and continuing to grow.
When asked what she loves most about Oly Reign, Ella shared:
"What I love most about Oly Reign VBC is how committed the club is to its families. Having played for Oly Reign myself, I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to a club that played an important role in my life and volleyball career."
Outside of volleyball, Ella enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, reading, baking, and exploring new places. She's also always happy to fit in a trip to Disneyland whenever she gets the chance!
Destiny Mars
Assistant CoachCoach Destiny joins Oly Reign for her first season on our coaching staff, bringing a strong playing background and a passion for working with young athletes. She began playing club volleyball in seventh grade and went on to compete at the varsity level throughout high school. During her final two seasons, her team made back-to-back State Championship appearances, including a 7th-place finish her senior year.
Destiny's passion for coaching began while she was still in high school, where she worked with young athletes from 1st through 8th grade. Her coaching philosophy focuses on building strong fundamentals while creating a positive environment where athletes can learn, grow, build confidence, and most importantly, enjoy the game of volleyball.
When asked what she loves most about Oly Reign, Destiny shared:
"One of my favorite things about the program is how quickly it makes you feel like part of a family. With Oly Reign, you can feel the support coming even from other teams and coaches."
Outside of volleyball, Destiny loves spending time with her friends and family.
